Did you know I used to be a book blogger? I stopped ages and ages ago, but the blogging challenge I'm taking part in is bringing it all back. One thing I loved about the book blogging world was the community, and I'm loving it all over again as I blog regularly and read the beautiful comments that people take the time to leave. Every single one of them warms my heart.

Another thing I loved about blogging was the link roundups. Do you remember those? In fact, I STILL love content that contains lots of interesting links I can go and explore. I love reading interesting articles, and discovering new people doing interesting things. So I decided to bring that back for today's post. I may make it a regular feature, so let me know what you think in the comments below!

I hope you have something nice planned for the weekend (I have a good friend coming to visit, so I'm super excited!), and that you enjoy this collection of things I found online this week.

My favorite finds this week:

  • Modern Mrs. Darcy's weekly links are the inspiration for bringing back a 'links I love' roundup. Don't click on it unless you have some time to spare, this is an incredible book blog in general and once you go down the rabbit hole of wonderful content it'll take you a while to resurface!
  • If you're in Europe next summer and run your own online business, you may want to stop by Atomicon, which is looking like an incredible event. Davina McCall is booked as the main speaker, and I am currently her super fan because how vocal she is about (peri)menopause. Her book Menopausing should really be required reading for every mid-life adult. I cannot wait to be in the same room as her - maybe I'll see you there? 😉
  • I found this amazing human through the blogging challenge I'm taking part in - she focuses on sharing spiritual self-care rituals. I mean, who doesn't need more of that!
  • This article on Magic and Identity was fascinating - and the downloadable resource is stellar. I'll be subscribing to Jenna's Substack newsletter to get more for sure.
  • I interviewed Rebecca Anuwen for The SoulSmart Podcast (the episode will be published later today) and remembered how awesome she is. We used to know each other online so this was a bit of a blast from the past, and totally welcome. Rebecca is all about magickal living, and is super knowledgeable about everything magick and energy - check out her website if you're into that kind of this. And her app, A Pinch Of Magick, too!
  • This taco soup from one of my favorite food bloggers is calling to me. We actually started Hello Fresh last week, but are taking a break this week and this recipe is definitely getting made (though possibly in a veggie version!).
  • Jashii Corrin is still my favorite bullet journal inspiration, and this week I did her monthly reset with her. I totally skipped the part where I was supposed to clear out my downloads folder though!
  • One of my business heroes, Leonie Dawson, has opened her academy to new members - she shares so much great stuff in there, I just renewed for another year myself. Check it out here and see if it's for you. If you like reading reviews of business resources, I have one of Leonie's academy here. I also got to interview Leonie for my podcast and you can listen to that here.
  • This list of magical cozy mysteries had me opening my Goodreads TBR list every two seconds. Though in the interest of transparency that's not the only app that was being used, a few too many of these ended up in my Amazon basket too.

And if you missed them, here are some new posts right here on The SoulSmart Blog:

That's it for today, happy exploring and have a great weekend!
