Hi, I'm

Joanna

I believe that too many intelligent women aren't using their intuitive side because they think they wouldn't be taken seriously.

I believe that too many logical, practical women have been told that they can be either smart OR intuitive

I believe that we can most definitely be both
and that being both is what lets us live fulfilling, meaningful, deeply satisfying lives.

I believe in soulsmart.

Here are some more things I believe:

: : that we spend way too much of our time and energy chasing goals and achievements, and defining our self worth based on them.

: : that true fulfilment comes from being aligned with soul, the part of you that knows the full story of why you were born, understands how the universe works, and knows the best path forward.

: : that when you listen to your intuition, life becomes easier and more meaningful.

: : that your soul is always nudging you in the right direction but you resist and get in the way

: : that you deserve to be happy in life, irrespective of what goals you reach and which ones you don't

This is why I help smart women like you get soulsmart.

So that you can get off the hamster wheel of doing, achieving, striving
and get to enjoy the journey that is your life.

My story so far...

I'm naturally an overachiever, overthinker and hard worker. Well, maybe not naturally. Maybe this is what life taught me to be. Either way, this is the identity I held on to for many years.

And I would have held on to it for longer if I hadn't literally collapsed from exhaustion, frustration, anxiety, dissatisfaction and general unhappiness.

Luckily, I imploded and was able to slow down and see the truth: that life isn't about go-go-going all the time, that there is something more.

I remember one particular day, I was walking in the nearby forest and caught myself thinking: 'I feel good!'. And it made me stop in my tracks, because I don't remember ever thinking that before.

My next thought was to wonder: 'Would it be possible to feel good again tomorrow, and the day after? What would it take?'

What it took was a connection with my soul, the deepest part who I am.

Connecting to my soul self, my intuition helped me find meaning in my life.

It helped me go from drifting to focused.

From doubting every decision I made to trusting that I'm always on the right path.

From wishing I was someone else to accepting myself just the way I am.

Choosing to embrace my intuitive side and become more soulsmart helped me find joy, fulfilment, ease, life satisfaction and even the success I always wanted.

Following my soul nudges led me to possibilities I thought didn't exist.

It literally changed my life.

So now I help others to live in a more soul-aligned, intuitive way so that they can find more joy, fulfilment and meaning too.
