I finally wrote the words. They are true now. After several years of not knowing where I’m going, after lots of training, reading and learning, I started taking clients. I am in business.
Which makes this a good time to talk about my journey so far.
It started with wanting to inspire people. I was tired of how dissatisfied I felt with my working life, I wanted to feel inspired by what I do and to inspire others. I started reading books on consciously creating our lives, on taking charge of every day, on reincarnation and each life having its own purpose. I wanted to live my own true purpose and started to explore what it might be.
I decided that I can be one of those women who loves what they do, who smiles every morning, who feels excited about the world. And I started to live with that in mind.
I started studying creative therapy at Creazin in Bruges (Belgium) – yes, in Dutch. Intuitive art showed me a non-verbal way of expressing myself. If I draw or paint or create something with an intention, I open the door for wisdom to come through.
I started playing around with tarot cards, but they had too much structure for me and I moved on to oracle cards. I played and played until I felt that I could add them to the intuitive art workshops I started holding. I found that the cards could offer words that summed up lessons learned, or link ideas.
And now, here I am, offering various kinds of sessions, with a website and everything. Just six months ago this felt impossible and unachievable. It goes to show that believing in the possibilities out there opens doors where you don’t expect them.
I wanted to explain where I am right now, but my blog won’t be just about personal development. I started blogging about books, then went through various periods as I tried to find my voice. I think that staying true to myself means blogging about everything that’s important to me, and that can change from day to day.
So, here’s to a fresh start. I hope that putting myself out there in the blogging world will help me connect with many of the beautiful souls that are out there. ๐
Lots of love, light and laughter,

So exciting Joanna! I can hear the excitement in your post and I’m so happy that things have been going so well. Luckily your feed transferred automatically in my feed reader…though it is partial feed (I wasn’t sure if that’s what you intended or not). I look forward to seeing more. Happy New Year!
Oh good, I’m glad it transferred, though I have no idea what a partial feed is. As long as you can still see new posts it’s all good! And yes, I am super excited. ๐
Congratulations, Joanna! I’m looking forward to following your progress on this blog.
Thanks! It’s nice to be back ๐
