Time // 10:30 am
The scene // Beautiful Wales. We’re staying with family in Cardiff for a week and we’re loving it.
Thinking // About how much I need this vacation! Starting a business while working full time and taking care of a four-year-old is tiring!
Dreaming // Of our summer vacation in California – now booked! Going to California has been a dream for me ever since I was little and I feel so incredibly grateful to be going there with my beautiful family. Though I think that originally I wanted to go because I thought I might be discovered by movie producers. Now I’m happy to go for a few weeks and come back to the life I love.
Listening // I’ve been listening to economics podcasts, of all things. I recently took some fantastic economics courses and was introduced to Freakonomics radio and NPR’s Planet Money. Their stuff is so cool, who knew that economics could actually be interesting?
Reading // Just finishing the Divergent trilogy by Veronica Roth. I absolutely LOVED the first book, liked the second and am enjoying the third, though my passion has died down a bit.
Watching // Cartoons! It feels like cartoons are always on these days. And Shane will only watch superhero stuff, so it’s all explosions and car chases. Time to limit tv and get some quiet back maybe?
Planning // An online course. It’s finally the right time for me to do this! I’ve been running fantastic live workshops on manifesting dreams all through February and am now developing an online version. It’ll be in testing mode in March, but watch out for it in April, it will be absolutely fabulous.
Feeling // Slightly overwhelmed by all the things I want to do. I’m not great at taking things one step at a time, I want to immediately do it all. You see that I’m redoing my website, so I guess I should concentrate on that first.
Enjoying // Family. It’s a beautiful thing!
Hope you’re all having a great Sunday!

Hi Joanna. What a nice way to order your thoughts. Might copy your initiative! Nicoline
If you’re bored of superhero cartoons maybe try some non-animated programmes. We’ve had some success getting our kids to watch nature documentaries, sport, etc.
This list is a really good way to get your thoughts out onto paper. And you’re in Cardiff, inspiration is bound to flow through you haha!
Yes, I just need to catch the inspiration before it blows through me and moves on! 🙂
