It once took me a year to write a sales page I was happy with. I mean, obviously I wasn’t writing it for an entire year, there was also a lot of procrastinating in between writing sessions, but that’s literally how long it took me to get it off my to-do list and out into the world.

I’m clearly not super proud of this, and am also slightly annoyed that I ended up with even more resistance to writing sales pages. Like, I never wanted to do them again, ever.

Never mind any of the other content that I need to create as a solopreneur - the emails, the social media posts, the checkout pages, blog posts, podcast scripts, etc.

Sitting down to write stuff like this felt like a chore - because it was always bound to take SO LONG and feel SO HARD.

UNTIL I FOUND THIS MAGIC MARKETING TOOL

Can you imagine how thrilled I was to happen upon a tool that did all of the above for me?

Here's what Menekse's magic marketing tool will do for you:

#1: It will identify your writing style, tone and voice

Even if you’re having trouble writing whatever you need to write today, chances are you’ve written SOMETHING you like at some point. Menekse’s magic marketing dashboards include a tool that will analyze this piece of writing to identify what your writing style, tone and voice are.

I did this for several different pieces of my own writing that I liked, just to see if any descriptor words came up again and again. They did, and doing this was super helpful. For example, I could have guessed that my writing was inspiring, but apparently it's also clear and direct, and that's useful information.

For full transparency, you can get the free version of ChatGPT to analyze your writing too - but Menekse has also included explanations of style, tone and voice that I found useful, and obviously her tool does a lot more than just this (see below!).

#2: It will write your sales page for you

Really! In minutes! All you need to do is enter some basic information about your product or service, and then click a button. I was quite surprised by the results I got when I started using this - I just didn’t think that it would be able to explain my kind of work, since I run a spiritual business that talks about things like energy, intuition and manifesting. But it worked exceptionally well, and I’ve since recommended it to several spiritual business friends, who love it too.

Remember I told you at the start of this post that it once took me a year to write a sales page? That's the product I tested Menekse's spreadsheets on, and within minutes it produced copy that was just as good as mine. I'm still not sure how I feel about this 🤷🏻‍♀️.

#3: It will provide a sales funnel based on your sales page, with will ALL the copy

This is where Menekse’s marketing experience comes in - I mean, I’m sure it came in earlier but it was more behind-the-scenes. Here it’s obvious: she understands marketing and what pieces are needed to make a full funnel, and how to put the pieces together so that they work.

Keep in mind that these are based on the sales page too, so will perfectly fit your messaging and needs. I have tried them out and they are SUCH a time saver - I have found that I can use what the spreadsheet suggests AND the suggestions give me new ideas, too. The whole experience takes away that stuck feeling of not knowing what to talk about, and once my brain gets over that initial hump it can generate ideas more easily. Marketing magic, right??

The spreadsheet that writes your blog posts is separate from the funnel one, which means that you have time to make sure you pick the blog posts you really want to get written.

Then all that's left is editing and tweaking to make the text sound more like you - and trust me, it's MUCH easier to edit a draft than to write from scratch!

#5: It will write your welcome sequence for you

Now, this is something I’ve been stuck on for literally YEARS. I don’t know why, but I have procrastinated and procrastinated and I’m still procrastinating. I haven’t used this part of the spreadsheet yet, but if the funnel part is anything to go by, it will be EXCELLENT. Menekse has included a spreadsheet for a short welcome sequence and a long welcome sequence, so there will be something for everyone. I’m planning on running both, and then putting something together based on the results and what I want new-to-me people to get from me. In any case, having something to start with, based on actual knowledge of what SHOULD be in a welcome email sequence, is pure gold as far as I’m concerned.

#6: It will help you repurpose content from your videos, podcast episodes, interviews and other files

The transcript spreadsheet will clean up your transcript, removing filler words and even improving grammar if you like. It will also suggest ways in which you can repurpose your transcript as social media posts and other content. If you have any video or audio content, this is is a gem. It’s like having an assistant without having to hire one!

Things to keep in mind

To be honest, I think Menekse’s magic marketing dashboards would be useful to any business owner, at any stage of business. But I guess it’s most useful to those of us who have big aspirations but don’t have big teams. Marketing takes sooooo long, so a tool like this is a godsend, saving time, money and sanity, too.

Keep in mind though that although this is essentially a plug-and-play, simple tool to master, there IS a learning curve. The initial set-up will take you about half an hour, and you’ll need to sign up for an OpenAI account if you don’t have one yet. This means that using the spreadsheets will have the additional cost of using Open AI - but it’s pay-as-you-go and works out at $0.02 for around 500-750 words. Menekse explains all this really well, and shows you how to keep those costs as low as possible, even though they’re already super low.

If you’re concerned about data privacy and other aspects of using AI in this way, Menekse’s got you covered - she talks you through how the whole AI thing works, and shows you how to exclude your data from being collected. I think AI is here to stay, and it’s actually really interesting and useful to understand how it works and what the best ways to work with it are.

In essence, Menekse's Magical Marketing Dashboards are easily the best investment I've made in my business for a while, and maybe the best tool I've ever bought, ever.
